We will assess the situation and, if approved, arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. Alternatively, a refund may be issued if the correct item is unavailable.

Customer Complaints: We kindly request that customers verify the product's specifications and details before purchasing. We rely on our dropshippers to ensure accurate product listings. Therefore, we cannot process refunds based on claims that the product is not as expected.
Customer Dislike: We are unable to accept refund requests solely based on personal preference or if the customer decides they do not like the product.
Slightly Damaged Packaging: While we strive for perfect packaging, international transit may occasionally result in minor damage to the packaging. However, if the product inside is damaged, a refund can be requested.
Any approved refund requests will be processed within 24 hours, and you will receive an email notification confirming the refund status.
